Terms & Conditions
- Payment Gateway charges discount will be auto applied to eligible RBL Credit Card holder.
- The customer should be logged into his/her Ixigo account to avail the offer.
- The offer will remain valid on all days from July 01, 2025 to July 31, 2025.
- This offer is valid on payment made through RBL Credit Card only.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other offer available on Ixigo.
- In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- If the Customer cancels the train PNR after the discount amount is availed, Ixigo will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
- If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
- ixigo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure events.
- In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
- In no event the entire liability of Ixigo under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer.
- ixigo shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Ixigo website shall apply.
- Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and ixigo reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, ixigo shall not refund the booking amount.
- Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- RBL Bank & ixigo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- RBL Bank Credit Card Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- Delinquent cardholders will be disqualified from the said promotion.
- This offer is non-cashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
- Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfilment date. Post such date; RBL Bank Credit Card & ixigo will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
