MAKING ONLINE PURCHASES
- At the time of making an online purchase, an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number instantly. Please ensure your mobile number and email ID is updated in our records.
- Making purchases in foreign currency If you have opted for ‘Domestic’ validity of your Card at the time of application for the Credit Card, you can opt for International validity, free of cost. SMS INTL to 5607011. Your Card will be upgraded to international validity within 48 hours of receiving your request.
ACTIVATING YOUR CARD
To start using your Card for your purchases, you require the following:4 Digit PIN
Your Card is a CHIP & PIN enabled Card for enhanced security. It requires you to enter a 4 Digit PIN every time you swipe your Card across any merchant outlet. You can set a 4 digit PIN of your choice. Download RBL MyCard Mobile app to set a PIN for your Card or click here to Set PIN now.
OTP for Online purchasesFor added security, for all purchases made online, an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number instantly at the time of making a purchase.
OTP for IVR purchasesFor all purchases/transactions made on IVR (Integrated Voice Response) on call, you are required to generate an OTP before making the purchase on IVR. Generate One Time Password (OTP) instantly for IVR transactions, SMS OTP <Last 4 digits of Card number> to 5607011 from your registered mobile number
SETTING A PIN
You can set a 4 digit PIN of your choice for your Card using any of the options below- Download RBL MyCard Mobile App and use Reset PIN option within the app. This is the most convenient and simple option. You can also manage your account, track your purchases, make payments and a lot more using the App.

- Set a PIN on automated voice response (IVR) on our Customer services helpline number mentioned on the reverse of your Card.
REGISTERING FOR E-STATEMENTS
You can opt to receive your monthly Card statements via hard copy by post or e-statements delivered to your registered email ID in a secure manner. RBL Bank promotes opting for e-statements to save paper and contribute to a green tomorrow. Email statement is a faster, secure and convenient option availed by majority of our Card members. You can opt for e-statements by simply sending an SMS as ‘GREEN’ to 5607011. Your request will be processed in 48 hours and you will start receiving monthly Card statements on your registered email from following billing cycle.
MAKING YOUR CARD PAYMENTS

- You can download RBL MyCard Mobile app instantly and make a payment. It’s the most simple, convenient and easy way to pay on your Card.

KNOWLEDGE CENTRE
If you’re a new Card user or want to know more about Credit Cards, this section will help you be familiar with some of the important aspects of your Card.Know your Card:
- Card Number: It is the unique 16 digit number mentioned on the face of your Card above your Name.
- Expiry date: It is the date specified in MM/YY format on the face of your Card. It is often also mentioned as “Valid till” on many merchant websites while making an online purchase.
- CVV number: It is the 3 digit number mentioned on the reverse of the Card next to the signature panel below the Magnetic stripe. You will be required to enter the Card number/Expiry date/CVV while making online purchases. In addition, an OTP (One time password) will also be sent to your registered mobile number. Refer to ‘Activating your Card’ section above for more details.
- PIN for your Card: You are required to enter a 4 Digit PIN every time you swipe your Card across any merchant outlet. You can set a 4 digit PIN of your choice. Download RBL MyCard Mobile app to set a PIN for your Card or Click here to Set PIN now.
Billing or statement cycle and Payment due date :
- Your Card statement date means the date on which all purchases in the previous days (from the last statement date or Card issuance date, whichever is earlier) will be consolidated and a statement generated for all debit and credit transactions in the period. The Billing cycle refers to the period between the two statement generation dates.
- Payment due date refers to the date by which payment outstanding as mentioned on the statement needs to be received and credited to your Card account.
Securing your Card against frauds
To ensure you protect your Card against frauds, you should always follow the below:
- Never share your Card details like – Card number, Expiry date, CVV, OTP to anyone. RBL Bank or its representatives never asks for such information.
- Never share your PIN with anyone.
- Never note down your Card details anywhere or leave your Card unattended. Keep your Card in a secure place.
- Ensure your contact details like Mobile number and Email ID are always updated with the bank so you can receive all alerts related to your purchases and account activity instantly.
- Download RBL MyCard Mobile app to keep a track of your Card account on the go.
Using Card for Cash withdrawal
- You can withdraw cash up to your cash limit on your RBL Bank Credit Card. Your cash limit is indicated on the billing statement for your Credit Card. You can also check on RBL MyCard Mobile app and keep a track of your purchases.
Note: All cash withdrawals attract cash advance fee and applicable interest along with service charges. Please check the service charges to know the latest charges.
Using your Card for purchases outside India
- If you’re travelling abroad, ensure your Card is activated for global validity. If you’ve opted for the global/international validity at the time of application, you can use your Card for all purchases outside India as well. If you have opted for Domestic validity at the time of application or changed your preference since the time of application, you can change your preference by sending an SMS as INTL to 5607011. Your Card will be upgraded to global/international validity free of cost within 24-48 hours. You will be notified on the receipt as well as confirmation of the request.
Please note: Your statement date/Billing cycle date and Payment due date remain fixed and will be due on the dates, as specified in the communications, in every subsequent month. You will be notified of the statement generation with a total outstanding and payment required for the same.
