The RBL Bank Multiwallet Card is a Reimbursement card which has six wallets, namely: Meal, Fuel, Corporate Reimbursements, Gift, Business Expense Wallet, Personal Wallet and Transit Wallet (if opted for). Each wallet can be used at respective merchant categories as:
- Meal Wallet - Food Outlets and Restaurants
- Fuel Wallet - Fuel Pumps and Fuel Stations
- Corporate Reimbursement Wallet - Other corporate benefits such as Internet, Mobile and Landline Service Providers
- Expense Wallet - Enabled with Cash Withdrawal and business expenses (advances and reimbursements) which is linked to One Nation One Corporate Card's Business Expense Management Platform.
- Transit Wallet - Card holder/Corporate funded Wallet (via UPI/PG) to fund a dedicated transit wallet designed to work on all enabled Metro systems in India.
- Personal Wallet – Cardholder funds this wallet via Payment Gateway and uses it for personal spends. Additionally, this wallet supports Fund Transfer to any Bank Account via IMPS/NEFT and can also be used as NCMC.
Each wallet can only be used at its designated merchants and for up to the amount loaded in that wallet. For instance, an amount loaded in the Meal Wallet can only be used at Meal Merchant and not any other merchant category.
Note: Cash Withdrawal enabled for the Expense and Reimbursement Wallets only. ATM withdrawals are possible in all ATMs of any Bank in India. All ATM charges will be as per actual and shall be debited from the Expense or Reimbursement Wallets.
Currently this card is offered through Corporate tie-ups and to employees of respective Corporate.
Once the cardholders are onboarded by your Employer, you shall receive an email on your registered ID providing details of your User Name and link to set up your login password. Post successfully completing this step, you can login to RBL Bank Prepaid Web Portal/App and select the option to complete KYC.
Post completion of KYC, application shall be processed by Bank. In case the application is processed successfully, Card shall be generated and will reach you in 4-7 working days. You shall be notified about card application status and card dispatch through an alert on your registered details with the Bank.
Once you receive your card, you will have to login to RBL Bank Prepaid Card Web portal/App where your virtual card image shall be visible. Here you can activate the card by OTP validation which will be triggered to your registered Email ID/Mobile number. Post this step your card will be activated and ready for use.
Currently we have Video KYC option which is an easy, convenient and simple way to complete your KYC.
Card limits can be easily managed after logging into your Web Portal/Mobile App under Card Control Usage. Using this option, you can Set up limits for usage of card on different channels like POS, ATM, E-com and Contactless. You can also switch Card On/Off for any of these channels.
This card can only be used for transactions in INR and cannot be used for foreign currency transactions or outside India.
In case your card is lost or stolen, you can request for a replacement card by reaching our Bank’s Customer Service team. Balances in existing wallets shall be transferred to replaced card post due diligence at Bank’s end.
Note: Chip balance/Offline wallet balance shall not be transferred to a replaced card under any circumstances.
In case of damaged card, you can request for replacement of card by reaching our Bank’s Customer Service team. Balances in existing wallets shall be transferred to replaced card post due diligence at Bank’s end.
Note: Chip balance/Offline wallet balance can be transferred to a replaced card only in case you submit your damaged card to Designated Bank Authorities. Transfer of balance would be done in 7 working days from the time the card is received at Bank’s end.
The RBL Bank Multiwallet Card can be used at the point of sale at the merchant store by simply swiping it and entering the PIN. Alternatively, card can also be used for making online/e-com transactions and for ATM withdrawals too.
The RBL Bank Multiwallet Card can be used for any amount up to the amount loaded on the particular wallet on the respective merchants. This means that if the Meal Wallet is loaded with a certain amount, the user can use the amount up to the available amount at a Food outlet. The other wallets will work similarly. The card can be used only until the validity period.
No, the balance in each wallet can only be used in a merchant of the corresponding category. For example, the balance in the Meal Wallet can only be used at Food outlets, Fuel Wallet can only be used at Fuel outlets etc. If your card does not have balance in the Meal wallet but has balance in the Fuel then the card would be declined at Food outlets.
No, the balance in each of the wallets cannot be transferred into any other wallet, except balance in re-imbursement wallet. Balance from re-imbursement wallet can be transferred to Personal/Transit wallet.
Once you have activated your Prepaid Card, you can select Set/Modify PIN option after logging into your App/Web portal. Here you would be required to validate an OTP which will be sent on your registered mobile number. Post successful validation of OTP, you can select a 4 digit PIN of your choice. This PIN can be used to validate POS transactions and also can also be used as ATM PIN.
The card expiry date is printed on the front of the card.
The RBL Bank Multiwallet Card can be used at online merchants. Each wallet can be used online for E-Com transactions on the respective merchant.
You can check the balance on your card as follows:
- Call centre number: 02271209091. Helpline is available between 8 AM to 10 PM on all days.
- Email support: Customer Service Email ID - ppihelpdesk@rblbank.com
- Online: Log onto the website/mobile app and check the balance on your card.
You may login into the Mobile App/Web Portal and instantly request for card to be locked/blocked. Alternatively, you can also reach out to our customer support number printed at the back of the card and place a request to block and reissue the card. The customer support helpline number is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on all days.
The fees for reissuance is INR 200 plus GST.
The RBL Bank Multiwallet Card will be loaded basis the instructions received from your company. You will be notified with an SMS alert when your card is loaded. Also the personal wallet on the card can be loaded using Load option provided on Customer App/Portal.
The Card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance on the particular wallet. For such a transaction you need to pay the difference by another method if the merchant agrees.
To protect the interest of the Cardholder from an un-authorised use it is advised that Cardholder shall keep the Card under your personal custody at all the times and shall under no circumstances whatsoever allow the Card to be used by any other individual. The Cardholder will sign on the reverse of the Card in the signature panel immediately upon receipt of the Card from the Bank. Cardholder should not disclose his/her PIN to anyone. Customers are also advised to not disclose OTP to any other person. A prepaid card with no financial transaction for a period of one year shall be made/treated as inactive after sending a notification to the prepaid cardholder. It can be reactivated only after validation and applicable due diligence. The money on the card if any can be used after activating the inactive card.
You can check you RBL Bank Multiwallet Card balance through multiple channels like Mobile App, Call Centre or Web Portal.
In case of any discrepancy in the transaction history or statement of the Card, you may report the same to us through any of the following channels:
1. By calling our Customer Card Number : 022-71209091 between 8 AM to 10 PM on all days
2. By writing to us on ppihelpdesk@rblbank.com
You may also immediately block the card through self-service option on the Mobile App/Web Portal or through Bank’s dedicated Customer Service team.
Validity of the card is printed on the card.
You can tokenize your Card while using the card at any online merchant. Card tokens can been seen and edited from your RBL Bank Prepaid Mobile App/Web Portal.
Yes, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number for all the transactions made. Make sure to update your contact details to avail this facility.
No, there is no requirement to maintain a minimum balance on the Card. The entire balance on the Card can be used.
No interest is payable on PPI balances.
You can record your Expenses, Trips, Advances and reports on the App/Web portal from where you can raise this within your organization as per your hierarchy and get the same approved from your organization.
This will be as per the policies and guidelines set by your organization. Suggest to get in touch with your Reporting Manager or other relevant Individual within your organization for this information.
