1. What is the RBL Bank Branch Manager Leadership Program and what role will I be offered after completion?

This is a 2-month intensive, residential training program designed to advance experienced banking professionals into Branch Manager roles at RBL Bank upon successful completion.

2. What are the key eligibility criteria for this program?

To be eligible, you should be between 28 and 34 years old with a minimum of 4 years of experience in banking (Sales, Service, or Operations). You must hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution and demonstrate a passion for customer service, leadership potential, and business growth orientation.

3. What is the selection process like?

The selection process involves three stages: Application Screening, an Online Assessment (covering aptitude and psychometric tests), and a final Panel Interview.

4. What is the program fee, and is there any financial assistance or reimbursement?

The total program fee is INR 2,21,840 (inclusive of GST), which covers the residential training, learning resources, development activities, and an Android tablet. RBL Bank offers an education loan facility, and the fee is reimbursed based on your service: interest waived after 1 year and principal waived after 2 years of performance post-placement.

5. Will I receive a stipend during the training, and what is the salary package after placement?

Yes, you will receive a monthly stipend of INR 50,000 during the 2-month residential training. After successful placement as a Branch Manager, you can expect a CTC of up to INR 12 LPA, subject to your performance and eligibility.

6. Is this a full-time program, and will I receive a certificate?

Yes, this is a full-time, residential program requiring you to resign from your current job. Upon successful completion, all participants will be awarded a Leadership Program Completion Certificate from RBL Bank.

7. What kind of career progression can I expect, and is there a service agreement?

As a Branch Manager, you'll have a defined growth path with opportunities to advance into roles like Cluster Manager, Area Head, and Zonal Head. To be eligible for the fee reimbursement, a minimum service of 2 years is required post-placement.

8. Can I enroll in the program while working a job?

No, you must resign from your job before joining the program. This is a full-time, 2-month residential training program conducted at the Manipal Academy of BFSI. It requires complete commitment, and participants are expected to be fully available throughout the duration of the program.

9. What happens if I don’t clear RBL Bank’s background verification?

Background verification is a mandatory compliance step. All applicants must ensure that the details and documents provided are accurate and authentic. Any false or unverifiable information can lead to disqualification, and no refund will be offered.

10. Who conducts this program?

The program is jointly conducted by RBL Bank and the Manipal Academy of BFSI as part of a strategic partnership to develop future banking professionals.

11. Will I get a refund if I leave the program midway?

No, the program does not offer refunds for participants who choose to exit midway.
