Q: What’s your proudest achievement at the Bank, and how did the organization enable it?
The organization recognized this success in several ways:
- Leadership trusted me to take on a project leadership role, even though it was beyond my formal job description.
- This trust fostered a collaborative culture, making it easy to bring together people from product, support, and other internal teams. That combination of trust, teamwork, and resources made this success possible.
Q: Which aspects of the Bank’s culture have been most empowering in your professional journey?
A: One of the most empowering aspects of the Bank’s culture has been its strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. I was provided with structured training programs, mentorship opportunities, and regular knowledge-sharing sessions across various departments. This culture of learning not only enhanced my technical expertise but also gave me the confidence to take on new challenges beyond my initial scope.
Q: How has the Bank supported your growth both as a professional and as an individual?
A: Professionally, I have greatly benefited from structured training programs, leadership development workshops, and the opportunity to work on diverse projects that pushed me beyond my comfort zone.
On a personal level, the Bank’s inclusive culture and emphasis on work-life balance have been incredibly beneficial. Supportive managers and flexible policies have allowed me to pursue my goals while maintaining well-being outside of work.
Q: Looking back at your journey, what would you tell other women about building a career at RBL Bank?
A: Looking back at my journey, I would tell other women that RBL Bank is a place where you can truly grow—not just in your role, but as a leader, thinker, and change-maker.
