Chief Operations Officer
T S Pari is the Chief Operations Officer of RBL Bank. He carries over 25 years of experience in banking and IT services sector. He has served in leadership positions for more than 11 years at leading Indian and international banks. His expertise lies in driving digital banking operations and establishing scalable centres of excellence.
In his current role, he is responsible for driving administrative & operational efficiency. He leads service delivery and automation & digitisation of processes across all segments to ensure customer centricity. He also plays a role in effectively implementing best-in-class management and governance practices across teams.
Pari holds an M. Com in Co-operative Management and MBA from Annamalai University.
