Important Instructions for Refund Request of RBL Bank - Zeta Prepaid Program

 

This is to inform you that the Zeta_Sodexo refund process has been revised, and the following refund link is no longer in service https://payments.rblbank.com/PrepaidCustomerRefund/PPICustomerRefund.aspx.

 

To request for a refund, please submit the refund form along with the relevant documents through mail on our helpdesk email ID- sodexo-refunds@rblbank.com. Click here to download the refund form.

 

List of documents:

  • A Cancelled cheque (with name of the card holder printed on the cheque)
  • Copy of Front and Back of PAN card
  • A scan copy of the Pre-paid card (First six and last four digits only)
  • Proof of Address (Any one)
    • Valid Driving License
    • Valid Passport
    • The Voter’s Identity Card issued by Election Commission of India
    • Aadhaar Card / letter issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) containing details of name, address and Aadhaar number (Only last 4 digits of Aadhar Number to be visible)
