• Aadhaar Updation Form to be filled in for the required update supported by required document, if applicable
• The data which can be updated are as following:
  Demographic Update: Name | Address | Date of Birth | Age | Gender | Mobile Number | Email ID
  Biometric Update: Biometric | IRIS | Photo

Note: Aadhaar Card/Number generation or Updation in Aadhaar data is done by UIDAI post successful submission of request. It shall be processed by UIDAI and dispatched / updated if all found to be in order as per their norms. One can check status of Aadhaar enrolment by visiting UIDAI website www.uidai.gov.in
