RBL Bank introduces “ChatPay” which lets you transfer funds while chatting!
ChatPay is a new feature of MoBank, which lets you enable Mobile Banking on your smartphone’s keyboard. No need to switch between applications or interrupt your chat, just use ChatPay to transfer funds instantly. With ChatPay, transferring money has never been this easy.
This unique new feature is available on iPhone 5 with OS version iOS 8.1 and all Android Phones.

No need to interrupt your chat, transfer funds while chatting on any messenger.
Using ChatPay you can complete your transactions in 4 simple steps!
Invoke keyboard -> Enter login details -> Select Payee -> Enter Amount & Submit
All you need to do is enable the ChatPay keyboard from phone settings and you’re ready to transfer funds while chatting!
How to enable it?
Update MoBank application from Apple store.
Go to phone Setting >General > Keyboard > keyboards > Add New keyboard > Under Third Party keyboard – RBL MoBank ChatPay > Provide Full Access
Update MoBank application from Play store
Open MoBank & Click on the Icon on the Header, Click ok
Click on “Change Keyboard Settings”
Under “Language and Inputs” heading, tap on RBL MoBank ChatPay to enable the keyboard

1. What is MoBank ChatPay?
MoBank ChatPay is a new service which enables you to transfer funds using your smartphone’s keyboard swiftly with a few clicks, without the need to switch between applications. This feature uses quick and secure state of the art technology.
2. Is it available on all operating systems?
It is currently available on iOS and android
3. Which iPhone model and OS version will this work on?
It is available on iPhone 5 and above and OS version iOS 8.1 and above. It will work on all Android devices.
4. What services are provided under ChatPay?

6. How is this service different from the existing MoBank app?
MoBank is a complete suite where a host of services can be availed. This service is a part of MoBank app using which you can transfer funds using any chat messenger. You don’t need to pause your chat or switch apps to transfer funds. This service helps you to do fund transfer in just 4 steps.
Switch keyboard -> Login -> Select Payee > Enter Amount & Submit.
7. How to enable this feature?
Install upgraded version of MoBank from App store/Play store.
If you are a first time user of MoBank, please activate the app successfully.

8. How can I launch ChatPay?
ChatPay can be launched from anywhere where default keyboard is open. It can be during chatting through social messenger, creating message, writing email, phone search, search through browser, contacts search or anywhere where default keyboard of phone is invoked.

9. I have added MoBank ChatPay keyboard but I am still not able to see login screen in iOS?
This is because you haven’t given full access to keyboard. Please go to your phone settings and give full access for added MoBank ChatPay keyboard.
10. Is it secure?
Yes. This feature is extended functionality of MoBank so the complete security framework is same.
11. How do I login?
You can login using MPIN and Touch ID if registered (only for iPhone 5s and above).
12. What will happen in case I forget MPIN?
In case you have forgotten MPIN, please launch MoBank and click on Forgot MPIN link to do re-activation.
13. I entered wrong PIN 3 times, what should I do?
Nothing to worry about. Please re-activate MoBank.
14. What if I don’t have a MPIN?
MPIN is required to use ChatPay Application. When MoBank activation is done it gives an option to choose MPIN for authentication purpose.
15. How do I logout?
There are two options to log out from every screen.
From any screen, switch keyboard and it will act as logout as well.
After successful transaction, click on notify which will logout and create a social message.
16. Explain the steps to do a fund transfer?
Launch ChatPay keyboard
Authenticate using Touch ID or MPIN.
Select Payee you want to transfer money from list of Payees.
If multiple accounts are linked then account switching can be done by long pressing the bottom left icon. Selected account with its balance will be displayed on the screen below amount.
Click on submit.
Reference number along with other required details will be displayed on the screen.
If you wish to transfer again click on home or click on Notify again to send social message which will also logout.
It just requires few seconds to finish the transaction.
17. It didn’t ask me for option of selecting mode of payments in Fund Transfer where payees belong to other banks like in MoBank?
We are using IMPS mode of payments as default mode to do instantaneous transfers.

20. What happens if the transaction fails?
If transaction fails then Reference number is shown on the screen. If any amount is debited, it will be reversed back as per process.
